Ronin

Ronin is a Group 2 Air-Launched SUAS (ALSUAS) designed for ISR / MULTI-int payloads:

  • Extremely low observables.
  • Multi-hour endurance.
  • Handled as conventional cargo drop.
  • Extremely large deployment envelope and flexible deployment approaches.
  • Large flight envelope.

Ronin was developed as a proof-of-concept demonstrator to deploy a variety of payloads from manned and unmanned aircraft. Its open system architecture allows Ronin to employ a variety of tactical radios, ISR and multi-INT (collection and offensive) payloads. Command and Control is Mavlink 2, Army SCI and STANAG 4586 capable. Ronin is designed to be expendable or recoverable and re-used.
